Analyse & Tal is a Scandinavian digital consultancy with offices in Copenhagen, Oslo and Aarhus. The cooperative was established in 2014 by five graduates of sociology, who didn't care for the job market society had to offer. Today, almost ten years later, the company is still employee-owned and run consensus-based with flat management (no boss!) and flat salary, now counting 35 partners. We will explore two wonderful practices, YogaDance and Body Scan, that can help us find balance, reduce stress, and connect more deeply with our body and mind.We will begin by tuning into the body and shifting our focus to a mindfulness exercise called Body Scan. Through this exercise, we will direct our attention to the body, starting from the feet and toes and working our way up through the body to the top of the head. We will observe the body's sensations, tensions, and any discomfort without judgment. This helps reduce stress, increase body awareness, and promote a deep sense of relaxation.Following that, there will be an introduction to YogaDance, which is a fusion of yoga and dance, allowing us to explore our bodies in a creative and enjoyable way. We combine fluid movements with breath. This practice helps increase flexibility, release tension, and improve our energy levels.

The project "MORALITES" has been awarded a prestigious ERC Starting Grant worth DKK 11 million to explore the profound influence of civil society elites on the evolution of our societies.

MORALITES aims to rewrite history's narrative, offering alternative perspectives on societal institutions, governance and social policy. It might even reveal how certain forms of totalitarianism were influenced by these civil society leaders. 📜 But this project is not just for academia. It aims to benefit civil society leaders and the general public alike by providing insights from historical contexts that can inform present-day decisions and inspire innovative strategies.
