Drawing on years of experience as an elite judoka and educator, Mathias Krabholm will guide attendees through practical exercises, including rolls and falls, designed to foster confidence, resilience, and a deeper connection with their physical abilities.
The workshop is grounded in biomechanical principles, and participants will leave with a newfound understanding of how to fall safely and rise stronger, both literally and metaphorically.
